After the applicable retention period expires, amjili will securely delete or irreversibly anonymise your personal data in accordance with NPC-recommended data disposal procedures.

International Data Transfers
amjili's primary data processing infrastructure is located in the Asia-Pacific region. In the course of providing services, certain categories of data (primarily game session data and technical platform data) may be processed by game studios and infrastructure providers whose servers are located outside the Philippines.
Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, amjili ensures that such transfers are made only:
- To countries or organisations that provide an adequate level of protection as recognised by the NPC of the Philippines; or

11.1 Right to Be Informed
You have the right to be informed about how your personal data is collected, processed, stored, and shared. This Privacy Policy is amjili's fulfilment of that right.
11.2 Right of Access
You may request a copy of the personal data amjili holds about you, including a description of the categories of data, the purposes of processing, and the third parties with whom your data is shared. amjili will respond to verified access requests within 15 business days.
11.3 Right to Rectification
If any personal data amjili holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request correction. Identity and contact data corrections may require submission of supporting documentation.

Children & Minors
The amjili Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above. amjili does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Registration requires submission of a government-issued ID, which is verified to confirm both identity and age eligibility.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
amjili may update or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. Where changes are material, amjili will provide notice via the Platform, your registered email address, or your registered mobile number at least fourteen (14) days before the revised Policy takes effect.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when the current version was published. Your continued use of the amjili Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Privacy Policy.
